Tyrel Kriger is a certified personal trainer based in Vancouver, BC, currently completing his kinesiology degree. He offers customized, one-on-one fitness training that emphasizes functional movement, injury recovery, and building strength for everyday life and outdoor activities. Tyrel specializes in helping adults of all ages who are recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or looking to return to or improve their fitness in a safe, sustainable way. His unique approach blends evidence-based movement principles with real-world experience in physical rehab and outdoor sports like hiking, cycling, and rock climbing.
